Livestock protection dogs

Abstract

The NWRC Historical Images Collection (NWRC 0044) contains hundreds of images dated 1895 to 2002. Included are images of staff members at work, wildlife whose damage the Center works to manage, various buildings the Center and its predecessors have occupied, as well as images of events and special projects.

Scope and Contents

Subseries 5 contains research and historical records related to brown tree snakes, avian influenza outbreaks, livestock protection method development, and feral swine management. Also included are records related to the Hilo and Olympia field stations, technology transfer unit, and collaborations with CSU graduate students. This subseries contains a digital file with research needs assessments for 2011 and 2016.
