The Master Plan NWRC Headquarters Site collection documents the transition to and growth of the Nationa Wildlife Research Center's Foothills Campus site in Fort Collins, CO. Originally located in Denver, CO under the name of the Denver Wildlife Research Center (DWRC), the NWRC came into existence with the signing of a land lease in 1990 between APHIS and Colorado State University (CSU).
