Abstract

The Master Plan Site Survey collection documents the creation of new site and master plans for the NWRC Foothills Campus property. These plans were created prior to construction of the Outdoor Pen Project and the Animal Research Building Support Wing and were intended to be used as coordinating documents for those projects, in addition to all future development projects at the NWRC site. William (Bill) Dusenberry, the Program Manager for Facility Planning and Development at the NWRC, worked with a team comprised of people from GSA, APHIS, and BJY Consulting to create the plans. This process began in 1997 and continued until 2001.
