This subseries contains correspondence relating to the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Much of the correspondence concerns animal damage control on the Wind River Indian Reservation. The reservation was used by the Fish and Wildlife Service to set bait stations, traps, and conduct wildlife damage management research. These records discuss numerous Memorandum’s of Agreement between the tribes, the Wind River Agency, and the Fish and Wildlife Service.
