Abstract

The Mark Tobin Records (NWRC 0051) contain born-digital records (dated 1991-2016) as well as physical materials (dated 1963-1997). Most of the materials in this collection are dated 1985-2016. Included are administrative records pertaining to Research Needs Assessments and Career Path Guides; photographs, slides, and digitized images; as well as publications related to Tobin’s work with the NWRC.

Abstract The NWRC Institutional Records were originally produced and/or collected in various offices at the NWRC including the Director’s Offices, Safety Office, Administrative Unit, Information Services Unit, Human Resources, and Research Laboratories. Abstract

Scope and Contents

Series II contains slides and photographs from the Hawaii Field Station. Topics covered include control of the Brown Tree Snake on Guam, rodent control in sugarcane and macadamia orchards, and field and lab work.

Subseries 5 contains research and historical records related to brown tree snakes, avian influenza outbreaks, livestock protection method development, and feral swine management. Also included are records related to the Hilo and Olympia field stations, technology transfer unit, and collaborations with CSU graduate students.
