This subseries ranges from 1962 to 1975 and contains Chemical Evaluation Summary Forms (CESF) 1 through 5299. The CESF’s contain data that was used to prepare the final printout of the Mammal Screening Test Results database (MDBA), although some of these sheets were never incorporated into the MDBA.
