Series III Accruals is arranged into six subseries based on sections in the 1998 APHIS records management handbook. Folders in each subseries are arranged alphabetically by folder title. Digital records are mixed into the folder list with physical files in this series and are marked as “digital files.”

Processing Information
During processing, digital files in accession 19-14 and 20-06 were combined. PowerPoints were converted to pdf. Excel and Word 97-2003 files were converted to the current versions of those programs.
