Volume 35 is the only volume titled Economic Ornithology and begins the bird collection data. V. Schultz’s data from collecting Bronzed Grackles in Arkansas that leaves off with bird 209940 in Volume 35 is picked up with bird 258001 in Volume 13.
A note on the page beginning with bird 209941 explains why Volume 13’s data falls between the last few pages of Volume 35’s data. It reads, “This series of duck stomachs (No’s 209954-210000D incl.) were taken in connection with botulism studies at the Bear River Refuge, Utah during the 1952 summer season. Collections made on the request of Dr. Frederick Bell of the U.S. Publich Health Service, Hamilton, Montana. Examination made by Charles C. Sperry of the Denver Wildlife Research Lab.”
